Our pediatrics and family practice Care Teams address the needs of the “whole child” and their family. Our staff are dedicated to one purpose: providing the best care for you and your growing family, every step of the way.

We provide on-site care for newborns to teens, including:

Immunizations for infants, children, and teens
Nutrition and healthy lifestyle education

Call 831-427-3500 to make an appointment at the Santa Cruz Women’s Health Center, Live Oak Health Center or Santa Cruz Mountain Health Center.

SCCH offers extended hours appointments on site until 8pm most weekdays and on Saturdays at the Live Oak Health Center.
