Santa Cruz Community Health Centers teamed with the SC Museum of Art and History at the August 3rd Friday Festival.
The SCCHC exhibit invited community members and participants to write a letter to their past, present, or future self. These letters were written on paper flowers and planted in a garden bed that will blossom and grew over the course of the evening. People were also encouraged to share and record their letters for our StoryCorps booth.

SCCHC went out to support the Santa Cruz Boys and Girls club at the Day for Kids Event, celebrating the final construction phase of the new Live Oak Clubhouse. Clubhouse will be opening December 2015!

SCCHC hosts the Access to Higher Education Workshop, presenting how good health is greatly linked to obtaining higher education. SCCHC connects patients, students and their families with educators, staff, financial aid officers with presentations and wellness activities that help blaze the trail towards a college degree.
