Kayla Weiss is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who joined Santa Cruz Community Health Centers in October of 2016 as a Complex Care Case Manager. Kayla has her Masters in Social Work from Cal State East Bay and a Bachelor of Arts in Women’s and Gender Studies (with a Queer Studies minor) and Liberal Studies from Sonoma State University. As an LCSW, she is proud to work in a comprehensive and integrated setting that focuses on providing equitable health care for all! 

Coming from a background in anti-violence work in Sonoma County, Kayla’s social work values are strongly rooted in feminism and advocacy for marginalized communities. Working the majority of her career in the non-profit setting, Kayla brings an empowerment and strengths-based approach to her practice. Kayla is on the Pink Care Team at the Women’s Health Center in her Behavioral Health Provider role. In her personal life, you may find her walking her dogs down the beach, exploring the natural beauty of Santa Cruz County, or expanding her taste buds at a local restaurant.
