Nicole Bussing is SCCH’s Chief Human Resources Officer.  She holds a Master of Science degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in Public Relations.  She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, SPHR. 

Her career spans 25 years of healthcare management and human resources administration.  Before joining SCCH, she was the Director of a Supported Living Services agency and remains a passionate advocate for the rights of the Developmentally Disabled community. 

Nicole is a native of Santa Cruz and the daughter of a European immigrant.  She believes healthcare is a human right and feels total alignment with SCCH’s mission.  She is proud to work with an agency that provides such varied and essential services to the most vulnerable members of our community. 

As CHRO, she is committed to providing reliable, concierge-level support to our remarkable staff while developing innovative ways to care for our team.
