Born and raised in the Bay Area, Dr. Hennessy graduated with a B.A. in psychology from Stanford University. She attended the University of Pittsburgh for medical school and completed her family medicine residency at Sutter Health in Sacramento. Her interests include LGBTQ health, community medicine, pediatrics, and reproductive health. Outside of medicine, Dr. Hennessy enjoys hiking, backpacking adventures, reading, and walks on the beach with her family. She was excited to join the East Cliff Family Health Center in October of 2019. Her first language was Finnish, and she speaks some Spanish.
