Julia completed her undergraduate degree in Spanish and Sociology at University of New Hampshire in 2004. She worked as a Perinatal Coordinator and Patient Care Coordinator at the Women’s Health Center from 2005 to 2010, an experience that inspired her to continue her education in the medical field. She earned a Masters of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner at Yale University in 2013. Julia returned to SCCH in September 2013 and is a Nurse Practitioner with a concentration in diabetes. Julia is bilingual in English and Spanish. She loves living in Santa Cruz for it’s beautiful and magical coast and forests. When she’s not working, Julia enjoys hiking, camping, kayaking and cooking.
