Hart Fae (they/them/elle) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10+ years of experience in community mental health. They have worked in various settings such as schools, community, residential centers, group therapy practices and also currently in private practice as well. They have been with SCCH since February 2024 and are currently a Bilingual Behavioral Health Provider. They love working with gender diverse and Latinx/immigrant community.

Their strengths-based eclectic approach is personalized to each participant and draws from mindfulness, CBT, narrative, somatic therapy and expressive arts. They are in the process of becoming certified in TF-CBT to work with kids and families to heal from trauma. They have a liberatory feminist and systems approach to this work and are engaged in community activism and advocacy as well.

They enjoy vegan cooking, playing with their puppy, herbal medicine making for mutual aid, dancing, and ceramics.
