Evelyn (She/Her) is a Complex Care Case Manager and Behavioral Health Provider with Santa Cruz Community Health. She has a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Cruz (UCSC) where she majored in Anthropology with an emphasis on Medical Anthropology and Disability. She completed her Master of Social Work degree at California State University Northridge (CSUN) and is currently working on becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Evelyn’s work is informed and guided by the social work values of social justice and the inherent dignity and worth of the person. She has experience with groups and individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures and is passionate about working with teens and young adults. Her interests include ethnographic research, harm reduction, public policy reform, and de-stigmatizing mental health and disability. Outside of the clinic, Evelyn finds joy in time with her daughter, reading, art, and roller derby.
