Colleen McLaughlin is a Santa Cruz native. She has her master’s in social work from the University of Southern California and is currently working towards her LCSW. She is the clinical supervisor at New Life Community Services and is passionate about her work with individuals in the substance use and mental health field.  

Colleen has been a client of Santa Cruz Community Health since 2014 and cares deeply about the SCCH mission and belief in social justice and healthcare as a human right. She is excited and honored to serve on the board of an agency that has had such a positive impact on her life and on the Santa Cruz community as a whole.
