Michelle (Nepomuceno) Stott, RN has been a board member since November 2023 and is the current Board Secretary & Staff Clinical Risk Management Committee’s Board Representative. An immigrant from the Philippines, Michelle is a passionate healthcare executive focused on improving outcomes for all individuals. She has worked in Medi-Cal Managed Care for over 11 years, currently as Senior Director of Quality at Alameda Alliance for Health. Formerly, she held roles at Central California Alliance for Health and has leadership experience in hospital and nonprofit settings. Michelle is an alum of the California Healthcare Foundation’s Leadership and Disparities Leadership Programs and is a registered nurse with ICU experience. Her personal experiences navigating healthcare as an immigrant give her a unique perspective on achieving health equity and promoting high-quality care.
