Andrea Damon (she/her) is an Associate Clinical Social Worker and has worked at SCCH since December 2024. She is a behavioral health provider and also performs intake and triage for new behavioral health patients. Andrea graduated from CSUMB with her Master of Social Work degree in 2024 and has experience working in schools with elementary and middle-school children. Andrea has also spent years supporting families with transgender and gender expansive children and youth, a population she is passionate about working with. Andrea works from a client-centered, strengths-based perspective and draws on humanistic therapy techniques, as well as CBT, DBT, play therapy, and other modalities. Outside of work, Andrea loves to dance, bake, spend time in the redwoods and by the ocean, and hang out with her family and dog.
