
Adriana Rodriguez-Reyes (she/her/ella) is a bilingual and bicultural therapist who joined Santa Cruz Community Health in August 2023 as a Behavioral Health Provider at the Women’s Health Center. In August 2024, she also joined the School-Based Services Team, providing accessible mental health support to students in the Live Oak School District.
Adriana is an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW) and holds Pupil Personnel Services (PPSC) and Child Welfare & Attendance (CWA) credentials. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Monterey Bay, and her Master of Social Work from San Jose State University.
She provides support and services to children, adolescents, and women across various stages of their lives. Adriana integrates a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Mindfulness-Based Therapy (MBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Psychoeducation, and Client-Centered. She is also currently in the process of being certified in Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT).
Adriana is deeply committed to mental health advocacy and education. She aims to foster a safe and supportive environment that offersculturally responsive therapy to diverse communities. By prioritizing collaboration and self-determination, Adriana works alongside her clients to cultivate a nurturing space where they feel empowered to address challenges, build resilience, and pursue their personal goals.
