The Health Improvement Partnership of Santa Cruz County (HIP) will be awarding the Community Collaboration Impact Award to the Live Oak Cradle to Career Parent Leadership Committee, and the Champion of Health Improvement Award to SCCHC Pediatric Director Dr. Salem Magarian for their contributions in improving the lives of children and families in Santa Cruz at the HIP Annual Community Forum April 18 5-8pm, Chaminade Resort.
