Isabella Kressman has been a SCCH patient board member since the Fall of 2017. Her daughter has been a patient at East Cliff Family Health Center since 2015, when she was just two weeks old, and has received excellent quality care ever since. Isabella joined the board to advocate for fellow patients and parents. She has greatly enjoyed the opportunity for community engagement, while discovering and sharing the many resources that SCCH provides beyond clinical care. Isabella was a student at the time she joined the board and has since graduated with a dual B.A. in Anthropology and Environmental Studies from the University of California Santa Cruz. She currently works as a contracts administrator for the CA Department of Parks and Recreation, and spends her free time at the local Santa Cruz Parks with her family. Isabella cares deeply for the environment and social justice, advocating for these causes through education and inclusive collaboration. She strives for inclusivity in her personal and professional roles, believing that the best results come from a multiplicity of voices and opinions. Isabella is grateful for the opportunity to serve as a board member and hopes to make meaningful contributions to SCCH.
