Glenys Davidson

Glenys moved from Willow Glen to Santa Cruz in 2000. She began as a volunteer for the Santa Cruz Women’s Health Center shortly thereafter. Over the years she has assisted with fund raising via several “The Vagina Monologues” productions, and has served on the board in several capacities.

The feminist history, tenacity, and expanding community outreach of SCCH are the reasons for this long relationship.

Though Glenys grew up in a medical family (father: Doctor, Mother: Nurse), she has never worked in the medical field. She currently works for an au pair agency, which promotes cultural exchange.

Other than home improvement projects, Glenys enjoys gardening, refinishing furniture, and making exacting travel plans for her impending retirement.
